朋友因為簽證遲遲沒有下來，所以寄信去澳洲辦事處詢問。
結果得到回信如下：
Health Assessments:
There are currently delays of up to 4 months for health assessments that require further consideration by Medical Officers of the Commonwealth (MOC).
This will affect processing times as stipulated above.
Please note that your application will be progressed as soon as an opinion from the MOC is received by the Hobart Global Processing Centre.
請問這是哪個環節出問題???該如何繼續追問下去???
上面好像寫會延誤長達四個月，可是朋友已經快飛出去了。
請有經驗的包包們教教我們，該如何繼續追問簽證相關事宜。
