我記得之前他跟教師工會商量出一個"自願參加"的方案
參加的老師 如果表現好會加頗多薪(好像表現不好也會減薪)

我猜 因為大部份老師都覺得我是好老師 有加薪有何不可 就讓別人被裁掉吧
