中國城單間雅房出租給未來室友(客廳要住人，非完全公共區域...)。入駐日2/15~3/1.
長期為佳，短期3個月以上。
每月$950 最好附2個月的押金，要住長期都好談。包暖氣電費，但煮飯瓦斯，冷氣，網路
要攤。整間公寓大小550 square feet。(我不太清楚怎換算成台灣的...)

地點在Mulberry St and Bayard St corner，請自行google map。附近地鐵跟公車都很方
便，治安跟環境很好!! (只要不往南跨2個街區都行)

我跟我室友都是Cuny-Baruch學生，學生上班族都很歡迎! 除了上課，沒啥特別娛樂，對
面park有球場，要運動我們可以報33 XD

China Town one private room in two bedroom apt. Move in date probably 2/15 or
3/1 at latest point. This requires long-term commitment.

Cozy, economical one private room needs a nice resident. (Living room will
serve one tenant and not really for public area purpose.) Rent is $950 w/
2-month deposit. NEGOTIABLE if long-term rental! Utilities and heat included
except gas for cooking and electricity for air-conditioning, if applicable.
Room size about 550 ft2 .

Locates at the Mulberry St and Bayard St corner, the heart of China town and
the centre of the universe. >.^

Right in front of Columbus park. 3 min walk to subway [B,D] [J] [N,Q] [6]. 5
min to [4,5,6] [R]. Quite a few bus lines passing by. Famous restaurants and
awesome food at hand.

You'd be sharing the apartment with two Baruch College grad students. We are
responsible and often outside at night for class. No real requirements. Just
be neat and easygoing.
