Location:
走路一分鐘可到24小時營運的Harrison Path Station，20分鐘直達WTC，也可轉車到達
Newport, Hoboken, Christopher St., 9th S.t, 14th St., 23rd St., and 33rd St.

Room Layout:
1. 房間客廳各有獨立冷暖器 (可自行調整舒適的溫度~~)
2. 微波爐、烤箱、洗碗機皆是GE牌的
3. 房間裡有GE牌的洗衣機+烘衣機 (所以不用扛著衣服出去洗，或是擔心外面洗衣機/
烘衣機不乾淨)
4. 隔音很好，社區很安靜，而且房間也很大，不管是bedroom或是living room放一張
Queen size的床都還嫌空曠，不管是朋友合租，情侶，甚至小家庭都非常適合！！

Apartment amenities:
1. 24 小時警衛，可代收代寄東西
2. Common area(交誼廳) 有四台大電視跟兩台乒乓球桌 (有備球拍)
3. 健身房
4. 室外游泳池 (夏天開放)
5. 沙灘排球場


此公寓非常新，有電梯，doorman都非常親切，熱心助人 ~
因臨時要搬到外州，租約還尚未到期，希望儘快找到有緣承租的朋友！
