Park slope 是brooklyn中少數的好區，治安很好即便晚歸也不擔心。
近 4th ave. （F G）及9th st. （ R train）走路只要7-8分鐘，
離NYU POLY僅有四站的距離，走路加鐵20分鐘內，進Manhattan只需15分鐘。

Our apartment is renovated now and will be done by Wednesday (8/28).
Due to the renovation, we didn’t take the pictures.

We can move in on 8/29 or 8/30 ( Before 9/1).
We pay utilities start from 9/1.
We just signed the contract last week.
There is no furniture in the room.
But have one walk-in closet in the room.

All of us have to pay a year upfront, one month broker fee,
one month security ( turn back when the contract end), and utilities.
So in your case, you have to pay 950*14 when you move in, and then
share utilities with us.

We also take into account if you're willing to pay six months upfront.
But we will first consider the person able to pay a year upfront.

Because we are foreign students and don't have any credits and guarantor
in USA, the landlord asked us to pay a year upfront.
If you accept those payments, then we could arrange time to view the room.

Your roommates are two female students who are quiet, who don't smoke, who
don't like having parties at home. You share bathroom, kitchen, and living
room with your roommates.

All you have to do is to keep it clean and neat. Lower your voice and discuss
with your roommates before your decision to do something may influence
whole apartment, and follow the contract made by you and us.
