Anyone who wanna stay in NYC for a short term
Shouldn't miss this a pleace ..
the location is totally unbelievable convinient

the rent included all the utilities
you can either rent per day or per week
If you stay longer you may negociate the better price

Please contact the landlady directly
She is a Taiwanese (very nice and easy going)

* if you have limited budget, but really wanna have a great time in NYC

and you dont mind sharing a room with landlady , that is another good opition

* if you are two persons , you also can contact her, she has another room

is avaliable for two persons )


PS: I stayed there a few months ago, Ireally had a great time there!!
