: the location is totally unbelievable convinient
: the rent included all the utilities
: you can either rent per day or per week
: If you stay longer you may negociate the better price
: Please contact the landlady directly
: She is a Taiwanese (very nice and easy going)
: * if you have limited budget, but really wanna have a great time in NYC
: and you dont mind sharing a room with landlady , that is another good opition
: * if you are two persons , you also can contact her, she has another room

: PS: I stayed there a few months ago, Ireally had a great time there!!
