We are two female professionals seeking a third roommate to sublet a bedroom.
The room is bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a calming view of
the Hudson to the west (great for July 4th fireworks!)
A built-in closet gives you plenty of space to store your clothes.
The room is unfurnished and will easily fit a full sized bed.
The leaning desk and dresser can be used as well.

The apartment has a washer/dryer in unit
and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
You will be sharing a beautiful marble bathroom with one other roommate.
Our apartment is connected with Verizon Fios internet.
The amenities split comes up to approximately $65 monthly.
The lease ends August 31st with a possibility for renewal.

Your roommates would be responsible, easygoing and quiet.
