Summary:
This position involves administrative support to an early stage startup in
the valley.
The successful candidate will have to be exceptionally well-organized, able
to effectively multi-task, prioritize, show initiative, anticipate and be
proactive.
Description/Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and prioritize schedules
Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel
Process expense reports in a timely fashion
Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
Manage powerpoint slides
Maintain website content
Process business documentation
Flexible working hours during normal business hours
Key Qualifications:
Organized and detail-oriented
Learn fast
Highly motivated
Can-do attitude
Ability to switch gears quickly without skipping a beat

Business Acumen
Composure
Ethics, values, integrity and trust
Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written
Able to read Chinese and translate to English is a plus
Excellent computer skills (as a general users)
Familiarity with Powerpoint and Word
Able to speak Chinese is a plus
Understand HTML is a plus
Education
Any majors (prefer Business Marketing, Business Administration, Economic &
Computer Science, PR, HR)
Location: Cupertino
Rate: up to $20 per hour (Part-time: 10-20 hrs per week)
