各位板友好 我是今年要去哥倫比亞念書的新生 最近找到了一間不錯的房子 租金便宜、空間也算寬敞、離學校近 但問題是仲介要求要支付15%的仲介費 我記得一般都是租一年多付一個月 也就是8%左右 而且房東也要求要付六個月的押金 這樣的仲介費及押金生活在紐約板友的經驗來看是否算太多？ 還是算正常呢？ ...
