聽到在日本料理的話題忍不住想加入討論XD
其實剛來日本的時候,最困擾的是 食 物 都 不 夠 辣
超市最常見的是七味粉,再來有異國食材店也會賣乾辣椒
但還是不夠辣!!和台灣的味道我覺得也相差甚多
後來就有請家人來日本玩的時候帶自家自己做的辣椒,有和大蒜一起爆香過的(哈啊哈啊
其他就加減看看了,不過我們朋友裡面覺得肉鬆很不錯XD
懷念台灣味的必備食材
至於料理的話,我覺得善用日本食材真的很重要(點頭
不過最近更有體會的是,第一次試做的料理不要做太多比較好...
為了省點瓦斯我有時會煮多一點
但萬一變成失敗的料理就會很痛苦...最後還是會受不了丟掉一小部分 Q__Q
要每日吃的話還是自己擅長的食材還有習慣的口味比較好
番茄義大利麵目前是覺得是不敗的料理,喜歡什麼就另外再加料,都挺好吃的
真的要吃有台灣感覺的料理就學會炒菜,因為外食大概只會有生菜
小松菜或高麗菜學會用油炒,其實就相當有家常菜的感覺了
配上雞肉或豬絞肉就有好幾種配法,也不容易吃膩
大概是這樣~ 真好奇大家在日本的料理經驗啊XD
