I am going back to Taiwan during winter time, and would like to sublet my room.
It's a 1 bedroom in a 2 bedrooms apartment located in Malden
It's very close to orange line T station (Malden center station, 10 min walk)
restaurant and shops around.
Looking for sublease from 12/01/08~12/28/08
My roommate is a female, and she is a nice and easy going person.
The rent would be $600 for 28 days, utility included.
