Victor Tang Chairman at I3nsight LLC; Former VP of IBM China; Coauthor
of The Silverlake Project

Victor Tang is chairman at I3nsight LLC, a high technology global
management consulting firm. Victor has advised Fortune 100 companies
and governmental organizations, such as the United Nations, China,
Taiwan, Chile, Finland, etc. His current research is on creativity,
services, and the concept of uncertainty. He also advises senior
executives in business and technology startups. Victor was a corporate
executive in some key IBM strategic initiatives and led the strategy
for shifting IBM from hardware to services. He is coauthor of three
books in technology management: The Silverlake Project, Secrets of
Software Quality, and Competitive Dominance.

On November 4th, TYCCNE are thrilled to have Victor Tang to discuss
'Leadership': how to think about leadership, how to think about
becoming one. He will also share his own stories in forging his career
path from an engineer to an executive in IBM and now an advisor.Join

Moderator: Hsien-Chung Tseng Dr. Tseng is currently a research
scientist at Manus Biosynthesis, a biotech startup spun out of MIT. He
obtained his phD degree in Chemical engineering from MIT. His research
is centered on utilizing a proprietary technology for engineering
novel biochemistry in microorganisms for the sustainable manufacture
of chemicals.
