from April 1st to July 31st, lease is renewable.
The apartment is within walking distance to DMV,
shopping center, restaurants and bus stop.
The location is very close to Apple campus!

The community has a scenic lake, two heated swimming pools,
spa, gym, tennis courts, club house, and even movie rentals.
The unit has large bedroom and oversized closets, a patio,
floor-to-ceiling windows. The community also provides night
patrol and onsite maintenance.
Pets are allowed (with extra rent).

Current rent is $1749 per month, you could get it with $1699 monthly
(We pay extra $50 for your each month!).
