$625雅房分租 USF旁 - 舊金山

It's a in-law apartment located at Turk St.(near Masonic) just
right next to the USF school of education building, the rent is $625 per
month without the utilities.
First month's rent +1.5 month's rent deposit requested upon signing.

The tenant will use one bedroom. Bathroom and kitchen will be
shared. Looking for caring long-term tenants with desire to remain
for a minimum of one year. It is definitely a great spot for USF
student!

I am moving out in the end of August 2010 but if someone likes
to live with his/her friend, we could discuss with that later.

The earliest time for moving in is probabaly around 6/1.
