I’m looking for a roommate who is very clean and professional.

The location is close to 101/280 freeway, very convenient to the Bart
and cal train station by walking distance . There are some shops,
public library, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

You will get a master bedroom and your own private bathroom, parking
is easy to find on the street since there is no street cleaning.
All utilities/ internet are split. Kitchen share, coin washer and dryer
are available in the building.

No pet, no party, non smoker/drug allowed . Social drinker is okay.
You must be professional(or student), good credit, excellent references,
able to pay one month rent and one month deposit ( $1900 ) total move in
cost. No couples, no overnight guests on any regular basis, no sharing the
room. Just one regular person.

I have a cat, however, I am a very clean person. loving, caring and easy
