薪水不叫handsome吧.. 呵 ^^
做sale的通常都沒有門檻的. 沒人告訴你嗎? ... (對不起沒有衝撞的意思)
舉凡保險 地產 直銷 汽車等的sale rep.都是沒有門檻的
sale只看你可以做出多少業績
不看你的過去
有些沒低薪
像做地產 很多地方都是沒有低薪的
不過這些除了靠公司 還要靠人脈
一個沒有人脈又沒有fund的新人在新加坡做地產經紀
除非很幸運 不然哪來的一開始就月入10K?
你有人脈 就算回馬做real estate agent, 一個月賺10K~20K零吉也不是問題,
但這些都不是一開始就有的,
要用一段時間經營..

還有 業務不是每個人都適合做..
很多做業務做得很成功的人 走過之後 都這麼說著..

btw 為什麼房地產可以高收入呢 因為買賣抽成啊..
至於什麼房地產高峰這些我就沒研究了..
