A room for rent in a 2-bedroom Unit : 4/767 Torrens Road, Alberton

The rent is $95, other bills to be shared.

The room is furnished with wardrobe, double bed and mattress, a table, table lamp and bed side.

The unit is fully furnished, clean, tidy and in secure neighbourhood with microwave, washing machine, TV, DVD player, toaster, kettle, gas stove, etc

Public transportation (bus and train) is available in 2 minutes walking distance. Express train takes 12 minutes to reach city. Close to beach.

IGA, post office, other take a ways in 1 minute walking distance...

Room is available for short-term stay or stay till september (with possible extension)
