AU-Tenleytown 短期租屋 (late May- August) - 華盛頓

We are looking for a responsible and clean female roommate to sublease a
bedroom in an apartment this summer. Ideally, we hope the tenant could
sublease from late May through the end of August, but starting and end dates
are negotiable. Rent is $780 /month, utilities and internet included; a
security deposit of one-month rent is required in advance and will be fully
refunded before the tenant leaves at the end of August.

The apartment is in a great location and has convenient transportation:
walking distance (about 10 min) to Tenleytown/American University Metro
station (red line) and to N4/N6/36 bus stops; it takes only 15 minutes to get
downtown (Dupont Circle and Farragut Square) by bus.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a twin-size bed, a desk, a chair, and a
spacious closet. The roommate will be sharing a kitchen with the other three
female roommates and a bathroom with two of them. Dry cleaning service,
access to gym and a laundry room are available in the apartment building.
