Job Descriptions
1. Manage CTB (clear to build) process with factory, ensure supply confirmation meets demands.
2. Plan risk purchase strategies and liabilities with customers - negotiate and retrieve PO when applicable.
3. Manage product transitions to minimize excess and obsolete materials.
4. Lead recovery plans and execution when supply fall short of demand.
5. Responsible for RFQ to mass production for NPI programs.
6. Support sales and marketing activities by actively retrieving market information and opportunities.
7. Prepare annual sales plan and achieve the set goals.
8. Work with key customer contacts and inside technical engineers to identify and understand new opportunities.
9. Based upon day-to-day engagement with our customers, products and applications, act as proactive liaison with our factory personnel as required.
10. Provide regular project status updates to the manager and drive timely completion of tasks.

Requirements
1. 2+ years sales/marketing experience
2. Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
3. Fluent in English & Chinese
4. OEM experience is a plus
5. Knowledge in power related product is a plus
