: 請問各位
: 1. 先生只有 1099，沒有 W2，只上傳 1099 會再被 REF 嗎？

如果 1099 上面數字夠大就不用，其實財力正名最單純還是 1040 稅表， AGI數字
夠大就沒問題。現在 NVC挑戰你們收入不夠，另外房產恐怕是不能夠當作資產的，
I-864 說明文件有提到能夠當作資產的，是要短期內能夠以帳面價值變現的流動資
產。

: 2. Joint sponsor 是必要的嗎？還是只是建議要有？

如果擔心收入還是不夠，又再被挑戰，直接找個有錢的人贊助讓 NVC閉嘴也是一個
方法。

: 3. 因為是自行創業，能提供的只有 a letter from the employer on business
: letterhead. 這樣會再被 REF 嗎？

這個跟上面的3.應該無關，總之還是要證明你先生的收入是夠的。

: 另外想分享，關於版上最常見被 REF 的出生證明, 我本來以為我也會被 REF
: 我照著說明書指示，只交了這兩項就被通過了
: 1. 申請戶政事務所英文版原始個人除戶戶籍謄本（含出生欄記事）
: 2. 出生醫院手寫的中文出生證明書
: 沒有公證也不用找人翻譯，給未來要遞件的人參考看看
