We are 2 girls 1 guy in our 20's and are looking for a male/ female roommate t
o take over the master bedroom with attached bathroom in a 3B 2Bath house in D
aly City. The rent would b e 1300 per month (without utilities)
Great location. It's a short walk to the Colma Bart Station and very close to
the bus station for access to the bus 121, right in front of the house. The ho
use is pretty close to NEMS, Westmoor High School and also MP Brown Elemntary
School. Walking distance to Planet Fitness and O2 Body fit. Have a beautiful v
iew of the bay and also plenty of street parking available.
The room itself is pretty good sized, comes furnished with a full sized bed an
d mattress, a night stand, a dresser and a 50 inch HDTV. Plenty of storage ava
ilable in addition to the closet in the bedroom. The living room is very huge
and has a lot of work out equipment in case if you are a fitness freak.
Rent does not include utilities.
