windows are equipped with sunshades. The rent is $ 565, and the utility fee
is split evenly with the other three tenants of the apartment; all students.
The master bedroom is large enough for two people to share if desired.

The house itself is located in a quiet and tranquil area in the city of
Davis located less than a 10 minute drive to University of California, Davis
and a 3 minute walking distance to the Unitrans L line bus stop. The parking
lots, swimming pool, and a small gym right outside of the apartment are free
for use. Grocery markets and restaurants are all within walking distance.

The townhouse comes equipped with a laundry room located w/in the apartment.
The kitchen is shared by all tenants of the apartment; furniture and
