It is within walking distance to Union Square and plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.
2min walking to TJs. Less than 10min walking to 860 Sutter for school shuttle. About same time to Café Rodin. Really close to Warehouse (7min walking). 30min to Japan Town or China Town.
The whole unit is a 2bd 1ba Apt.
$1130/mo for Living room
You are allow to put shelves for the privacy of living room.
Price include water, heater, and trash deposit.
Share bath and kitchen with housemates.
Gas stove & oven. Ceiling light in every room. High ceiling and hardwood floor. Coin laundry on site.
No smoking in the unit.
Will need a two-month deposit (return back to the previous housemates)
Total price of PG&E and Xfinity will be share with all housemates every month, normally will below $50 per person every month.
Current housemates are three college students busy working and studying.
