DV 260 填表疑問請教 - 移民

你當時的 J簽證應該沒有綁 212(e) ，有的話就要據實回答

: 我當時選了No 現在看來是必須要選擇yes

這個，你可能會因此被拒或被 RFE，因為 DV 要求要高中畢業或以上，結果你卻
答說連 secondary level都沒有……。

: 那我現在該做的事 是不是要寫email去KCC unlock 我的ds260?

E-mail他們應該是不會理你，這種狀況要改只能打電話
