DS-230 表格第35個問題:
List dates of all previous visits to or residence in
the United States. (If never, write "never")
Give type of visa status, if known.
Give DHS "A" number if any.
實在是看不懂最後一句話"Give DHS "A" number if any."
有網友可以幫忙解答嗎?謝謝!
另外,DSP-122表格上有寫道:
Using the enclosed self-adhesive return address label, immediately
send this form along with DS-230 to...
查了前人的經歷,DV2010之前中簽者會收到通知package,
內有標籤貼紙,
DV2012中籤者是自行上網查詢得知
那...這self-adhesive return address label要怎麼附上阿?
