(沒有正職，留在實驗室當義工)

2009/03 start to prepare for applying GC.
2009/05/28 file I140 to TSC (EB-2-NIW)
2009/07/08 I-140 approved
2009/08/03 file I-485 to TSC
2009/09/11 First finger print
2009/10/07 I-485 approved (AP, EAD denial at the same day)
2009/10/08 welcome notice sent.

No REF.

Comment:
1. 最近I-140審理速度真的很快
2. I-140/I-485 同時file 速度會更快。(朋友的case)
3. USCIS 網站更新速度很慢，只有改變兩次。(一次FP，另外一次I-485 approved)
I-140到現在還是 initial Review. -.-
