EB-2時程分享 （無面試） - 移民

在辦綠卡的過程中受到大家很多幫忙，希望這流程分享能有幫助。
聽說最近USCIS正在清倉，希望能在這個財政年度結束前多發出職業綠卡，
祝正在辦卡的版友一切順利。

2019/12/11：PWD Filed
2020/03/25：PWD Approved
2020/04/20：PERM Filed
2020/09/18：PERM Approved
2020/10/01：I-140 (PP), I-485 & I-693 Filed (LIN開頭）
2020/10/09：I-140 Approved
2021/11/05：I-485 was transferred to another USCIS office for jurisdiction
2020/12/26：I-765 & I-131 Combo card received. （當時有另一審稿工作想做，
但律師建議暫緩，在I-485通過之前不要改變 H1-B身份）。
2021/01/22：Biometrics Appointment Scheduled
2021/02/17：Biometrics Taken
2021/06/07：Green Card Approved and ordered

我I-140 & I-485是跟著學校請的律師辦的。學校請的律師辦理我的PWD & PERM，
後面我自費辦理I-140 & I-485（感謝系上有幫忙支付I-140申請費）。很高興
綠卡在申請I-765 & I-131更新之前批准，省了很多申請心力。
