心得

感謝律師和版上資訊的幫忙，我的時程算是非常標準I-140六個月，I-485九個月．

本來收到485 interview notice以為是因為我結婚不滿一年，所以要證明婚姻真實性

去了以後移民官人非常友善，解釋說面試的原因其實是因為我的指紋按不過

所以他們沒辦法在FBI的犯罪資料庫查到我的犯罪紀錄 =_=

當場發了一張RFE給我，請我去居住地申請犯罪紀錄寄回給他們

面試10分鐘左右就愉快地結束了，我隔天馬上把紀錄寄過去

跟律師回報的時候，律師很細心的注意到我是用寄的，不是本人去USCIS繳交

提醒我RFE上說要deliver the materials in person

雖然我記得移民官當時是跟我們說寄過去就可以了，不過既然RFE上都這麼寫了

我隔天又立刻再跑去USCIS繳交RFE的文件，三天後485就通過了．

拿到綠卡真的很開心，我算是順利的，同時間送件的朋友有人還在等待...
