EB2-NIW分享 - 移民

上上上個月終於拿到綠卡了， 現在總算有時間坐下來寫分享文。
這段時間常常來板上爬文獲得很多幫助，非常謝謝大家。


1.申請類別: EB2-NIW

2. 背景:

(1)在美國唸書的生醫領域碩士班學生, 申請時拿 extended OPT , 在美國待了四年
(2)發表5篇 Journal paper
(3) Citations: 79

3. 處理中心: Texas Service Center (For both I-140 and I-485)

4. 時間：

2013年上旬— 寫信給板上幾個比較有名的律師詢問VISA事宜
意外發現我的資格或許可以走NIW
接著花了一些時間做reseaerch了解整個申請流程
接著找推薦人 挑選適合的律師 然後在律師的幫忙下撰寫推薦信
(最後送了七封 3 dependent and 4 independent) 以及petition letter


06/19/2013— 送I140

08/02/2013— I140 approve

08/02/2013— 送I-485 (早就把體檢做起來放）

08/07/2013— 1485通過 收到蓋指紋通知

09/05/2013— 蓋指紋

09/16/2013— 收到combo card

10/07/2013— 收到welcome notice

10/09/2013— 收到綠卡好感動！ （綠卡真的就跟大家說的一樣是綠的T__T)


順便還想說一下，我的條件真的很普通，牛毛都沾不上邊，
送之前其實還蠻忐忑不安的，可是後來也是順利解決身份問題。
想跟板上的大家說，我都能申請到了，你們應該也不會有太大的問題，
請想衝的人不要猶豫，有什麼問題請儘管PM我。
