從2014年底公司答應辦綠卡然後開始跟律師接觸 中間花了四個多月研究PW跟job title
因為我是 H1-B in Master Degree 所以一開始打算用EB2去申請PW 無奈PW薪水要求太高
公司無法配合 律師幫忙改了job duty再送一次 來回總共搞了四個月結果還是一樣
幸好剛好碰上EB3排期大躍進 律師建議用大學學歷送EB3 最後終於在2015年6月搞定PW
接下來就如同上面所列的一切順利到上週拿到綠卡 現在想想自己真的也滿幸運的
