-Native fluency level of both English and Chinese Mandarin
-Translate correspondence or documents from Chinese to English, or vice versa
-Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Keep files well organized
-Manage day-to-day office operation
-Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrievi
ng, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
-Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings
, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
-Proactive can-do attitude; comfortable with ambiguity
-Salary is DOE
-Full insurance benefits after 3-month probationary period
