First time homebuyer credit - 舊金山

對不起,
小弟有Home Credit 的問題想請教大家,
我是在2009 七月的時候買房子的,
所以適用2009的Home Credit rule,
今天在用TurboTax 繳稅的時候,
發現Home Credit有收入上限,
我本薪並沒有超出上限,
但是去年股票賺一點,
總合超出單身上限一點點,
請問板上的大大,
有沒有什麼方法在這種情況下拿到Home Credit,
$7500 不少錢耶!

我當然不是指逃漏稅的事情,
而是想請問有什麼申請的方式可以拿到Home Credit,
基於本薪沒超出上限的前提,
