than a 5-minute drive by car to many great restaurants, cafes, grocery
stores, boutique shops, UCSF, and Golden Gate Park. Monthly, short term and
possibly even longer term rentals are available depending on your needs. You
will have your own private room with large windows and a bathroom within a
house shared by an elderly couple. Female preferred and a maximum of one
person. Rent would be approximately $800 per month. Water and trash are
covered except for electricity and gas. There will be a shared kitchen and
washer and dryer that are inside the house.
