how can I find a good PT job there? - 舊金山

it's extremely hard to find a PT or seasonal job there,isn't it?
just like the question I ask,I sent out several e-mails with my resume
and cover letter
but i didn't get any letters back
I'M so dejected, I just wanna be an exchange intern, change my work
environment.my problems are not only seeking a short time job but finding a
roommate(cuz I have to know where i work at first).I believe that everyone
know no one can live in USA conveniently without a car, right?
anyway, I hope there's someone who can help me or give me some suggestions.
