數值模式還算看好的風暴
GFS預測955hPa登陸德州和路易斯安那州交界
HWRF預測以巔峰強度942hPa上岸
EC更是預測巔峰強度能到930hPa，並以935hPa的強度近巔峰上岸
目前NHC已經排定偵查機進行穿心實測
第一架稍早飛入中心紀錄下969hPa的中心氣壓，和早上相比已經下降了20hPa，可知Laura已經進入快速加強期

第二架偵查機在剛剛進入了風眼，更是紀錄下了最低氣壓956hPa。

兩架飛機傳回來的實測FL大約都在105kts，SFMR 95kts左右，顯示現在的Laura強度應該已經接近Cat.2的上限

登陸前上看Cat.4甚至更高強度應該沒問題
底層眼牆已經閉合 而且非常厚實
