I-131 被拒絕後又通過 - 移民

2020年底送出 485, 765, 131 申請
過了半年還沒收到 combo card 查 uscis 網站看文件進度
I-131 早已被拒絕 信從來沒寄到地址
上網再申請重寄 領到信時又過一個月 (七月底)

拒絕理由為
USCIS generally issues APD to adjustment of applicants who establish
that they are eligible to apply for AOS under section 245(a) of the INA.
As an applicant who last enerted the United States in transit without visa,
an a nonimmigrant crewman or who was not admitted or paroled following an
inspection by an immigration offer, you are not eligible for AOS under
INA 245(a). USCIS will not issue you an APD.

後面註記若要請求動議 請填 I-290B (費用為 $675)
我持有 F-1 visa 感覺拒絕理由與現況不符
但當時也很忙 也沒想要多花錢 這事就擱著

八月底 ASC 寄信通知按 I-765 的指紋
之後再看申請進度 發現被拒 I-131 重新審查 (case was reopened)
九月中進度 combo card 製卡中 (765/131 都通過)

心情跟洗三溫暖一樣
