I-485的出生證明 (戶籍謄本) - 移民

Birth Certificates
Available. A household registration record (hukou) or extract thereof shows the
name of the person, date of birth, names of parents and name of spouse, if marr
ed.

Extracts of household registration records may be obtained by furnishing the nam
e of the person, date of birth, names of parents, and name of spouse, if married
. Care should be taken to ensure that the applicant is submitting
a properly certified extract of the household registration, and not just a photo
copy of his Household Roster card. A properly certified extract will have a stat
ement stamped on it, and will be impressed with the seal of the household regist
ration in red ink. The Household Roster card is a simplified version of the hous
ehold registration, but certain information which might be significant for visa
purposes and which will appear in the certified extract will not appear in the H
ousehold Roster.
它是說戶口名簿的影本不可被採用。必須用有官印的戶籍謄本。

這個extract就是指謄本，要列出人名、生日、父母姓名、配偶姓名。
個人的謄本就已經列出這些項目了，所以全戶可說是多餘的
