approved NIW immigration petition and approved I-485 of Mr. xx

Dear Immigration Officer:

Enclosed please find Form I-824, Mr. xx's Application for consular
processing in American Institute in Taiwan, Form G-1145, E-Notification of
Application Acceptance, and all supporting documents.

The I-824 is based on a previously approved I-140 petition under EB-2 with
National Interest Waiver category (SRC-xx-xxx-xxxxx) and an approved I-485 (
SRC-xx-xxx-xxxxx) for Mr. xx. (Alien#: Axxx-xxx-xxx)

如果有缺東西,據說會退件..或是RFE?
