我在2019/08持K1簽證入美，2019/10月底遞出i-485 Adjustment of status申請。
由於Petitioner老公目前為學生沒有收入，所以請親戚擔任Joint Sponsor.
今天收到USCIS要求補件的通知，然而我的理解上USCIS要求的點我們都提供了，
不確定自己的盲點在哪裡，故上來徵求各位高手的意見。
要求補件信中有兩大敘述：
1. （中文）您提供的joint sponsor的I-864有疏失，請提供以下資料：
-Form I-864
-Joint sponsor的SSN
-Joint sponsor完整且正確的household size
-最近年度的tax return
-Joint sponsor為美國公民的證據
(原文) You have submitted Form-I864 for the joint sponsor. We are unable to
process the I-864 because it has one or more deficiencies. In order for us to
process your applicaiton further, you must:
- Submit a completed and signed Form I-864.
- Provide the joint sponsor's Social Security Number on Form I-864
- Provide a complete and correctly calculated household size for the joint
sponsor on Form I-864.
-Submit a complete copy of the joint sponsor's Federal income tax return,
for the most recent tax year.
-Submit evidence of the joint sponsor's status as a US citizen, or Lawful
Permanent Resident.
2.（中文）根據目前提交的joint sponsor的I-864，joint sponsor的income沒有達到
該家戶人口數的貧窮線的125%。
（原文）Base on the documents submitted with Form I-864 for the joint sponsor,
the income did not meet 125% of the federal poverty guideline for the joint
sponsor's household size. Obtain a qualifying joint sponsor who demonstrates
the ability to support you or submit evidence of assets.
我目前想到的錯誤可能性如下：
1. 寄出的tax return包含joint sponsor 2016-2018的報稅資料。2016-2017是用IRS的
tax transcript。但由於我遞件時joint sponsor還沒來得及拿到2018年的tax transcrip
t
（親戚10月底才完成2018年的報稅with extension deadline），所以是用Form-1040與
W2。USCIS可能是要求joint sponsor在2018年的tax transcript?
2. 若不是因為沒有包含2018年tax transcript被要求補件，是親戚的收入未達到標準？
然而親戚單身無小孩長輩需撫養（Form I-864中household size=1）且年薪至少15萬美金
，遠超過I-864P 8人家庭所需的$54,287。難道是因為親戚的household size不只一人？
又或是因為親戚在2001-2015年間曾幫另外三位親戚submit affidavit of supports
跟visa petitions，造成親戚無法再當我的joint sponsor?
由於實在無法理解之前遞出的文件問題出在哪裡，不知如何補上新文件，希望能在此徵求
各位有經驗高手的想法。謝謝！
