I130 pending 綠卡變公民後該怎麼辦? - 移民

我去年四月(2020/4)幫我的太太（沒有住美國）申請I130,當時我是
綠卡身份,最近幾天我變成了美國公民,請問我要怎麼才能加快我們的
I130申請? 我們是efile申請, recepit number的開頭是IOE961xxx
service center是California Service Center, Laguna Niguel

我們的I130等了快一年,一點動靜都沒有,去年還碰上Trump的
Executive order

在等待I-130批准的期間,我們可以另外申請B1簽證或是其他簽證嗎?
