I485 bulletin - 移民

我是申請EB2-NIW，8/20號面試時面試官就一直跟我說Taiwan是在China的子分類中，然後就說priority date 還沒到，case會送回NBC等到priority date ，NBC會做final decision. 我面試過程裡有一直強調臺灣不屬於中國，不應該照著China-born的 bulletin.

面試完跟律師聯絡，律師說因為visa number不夠所以我的case才會pending。但回想面試過程，我真的很擔心面試官把我的case classified 到China-born。所以我預約了今天的infopass，officer跟我說Taiwan沒有跟china區分開，所以我要照著China-born 的bulletin. 我跟officer說Taiwan should be classified to EB2 ROW，但officer就說系統裡Taiwan就是跟China一起的，所以我的case才會被送回NBC。

我知道九月有retrogression，現在我不知道的是我的case pending到底是因為我被interview officer歸類去China-born了，還是是因為exhausted visa number of EB2-ROW。請問有任何方法可以查嗎？如果被區分到China-born，我的I485是不是很可能被拒？因為filing date of china-born bulletin 也早於我送件時間。
