Looking to sublease for 2-3 months (April 10th, 2010-June 30th, 2010)
(extension negotiable) of a clean, quiet, warm room for rent with walking
distance to UCSF for $680 a month(not include utilities). The room is 9'X12'.
Full size closet. Cable and wireless internet are available. Washer and dryer
are included. A well- equipped kitchen, bright living and dining room, and
clean bathroom shared with one female student.
Walking distance to UCSF (<15 min)
To downtown: 1 block from MUNI #6, #43, #44, 3 blocks from N-Judah
Easy to find street parking (J-permit available)
Deposit: 2x $680 (two-month rent)

This is a 3-bedroom flat with 1 master bedroom and 2 bedrooms. We are looking
for a roommate (preferably student/scientist/resident) to take over one of
the bedrooms. You will be sharing this great flat with one male dental
resident (master bedroom, has its own bathroom) and one female pharmacy
student. This room will be available after April 10th 2010. Looking for
sublease from April to end of June. Extension of the lease is negotiable.
