昨天下午去JCREW在soho的店想退一件上上周買的褲子
退貨時店員說要檢查ID, 我拿出學生證
他說"Do u have other IDs?" 剛好我有帶護照沒多想就拿給他看了
他又說"Do u have State ID?" 我說為什麼要state id? 我跟他說我上上禮拜才來退過
外套頂多只有看學生證而已,而且我只是來待半年觀光加進修怎會有那個?
他就說他不能讓我退, 他說只要用cash付的一定要看state id,我說it's ridiculous!
我之前才退都可以！而且別的店都不會要看state id!!!
本來想找經理理論結果沒想到那個人就是經理
大家有遇過這種事嘛？我真的覺得很不合理.
那這樣外國人在jcrew買東西不都不用退貨了？
