已爬文，但還是想要確定一下。
我目前拿J2簽證，用J2 EAD 工作，我的公司願意幫我弄綠卡，PERM和i-140都過了，
現在準備丟i-485。我的另外一半拿J1，會跟我一起丟。
我們的DS2019都是"Not subject to the two-year residence requirement"
想請問，這樣的狀況丟i-485會有風險嗎？
如果我的另外一半申請綠卡被拒，他的J是否會立刻失效？（他的老闆一定會大抓狂）
他需要先轉成H再丟i485嗎？
