位於Lakeside North 的三人公寓的『中型臥房』與『主臥房』正在誠徵新室友：
中型臥房每月房租 472 元, 可遷入時間為 4/1 以後; 主臥房每月房租529元, 其
中附設半套衛浴(洗澡間則與室友合用), 可於6/1遷入。此外，每月需與室友們分
攤電費與網路費。

本社區位於馬大校車路線，公車站牌亦位於左近（搭乘公車至鄰近捷運站只要五
分鐘），兼以環境清幽，治安良好，為理想居住環境選擇。有關公寓與社區的詳
