2020年3月的Visa Bulletin已經公佈，看到EB3-ROW的Final Action Date由Current倒退
到Jan 1, 2017，然後有段落提到說”No forward movement of this date is expected
in the foreseeable future.”這是意味著這個財年基本上都不會有變動了?另外實在好
奇到底還有多少EB3-ROW申請者的priority date是早於Jan 1, 2017尚未拿到綠卡導致整
個排期要倒退這麼多，一早就看到這個訊息實在影響心情。請大家提供一些意見看法，
