外）也有自己的停車位。

交通非常方便，走路到BART站和Caltrain 只要五分鐘，另外一個房間是住一對會說中文
的Asian American couple， 有正當職業，很愛乾淨，人也非常好。

原本的房客因為買了新的房子所以必須搬家，所以忍痛割愛這個環境很好的apartment。
