Preferably professional female, light cooking, clean, and easy to get

When do you need to move in. The place is available to move in from
June 1st, 2010.
I need to collect 1st month rent + deposit ($650) right now at the
beginning of the rental.
We will share for Water, garbage, recycling, internet connection,
telephone and PG&E.
