Location: 2014 Apex apartment. Prime location right across street from
Great Mall and Great Mall VTA station.
Transportation: VTAs, Bus, and 5 minute walk to Great Mall.
Many great markets such as Sprouts, Targets, Safeway, 99 Ranch,
and Marina grocery are within 10 minutes of drive.

The unit is located on the second floor and is 1080 square feet.
Your will be getting the left room with lots spaces in walk-in closet
and huge bathroom. The room does not come with furnitures.
You will also have a personal parking spot. The living room already equated
with sofa, complete kitchenware, and dining table/chairs. These all can be
used as long as keep them clean and neat.
The public amenities include : roof top BBQ, rooftop jacuzzi, rooftop
swimming pool, recreational room with billiards, 24 hours gym and 2 other
BBQ grills on the first floor.

Monthly Rent: $1,335 (parking spot are included) + half of PG&E, HOA,
and wifi (usually runs about $100-140 per person).

Pets: can be discuss.

I am a laid back Ux/UI designer and likes to hang out with friends
